What ingredients do you use?
Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients such as tallow, goat milk, olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and essential oils. Each product listing includes a complete ingredient list.
Are your soaps scented with fragrance oils?
No. We scent our soaps using essential oils and natural ingredients only. We do not use synthetic fragrance oils.
Why is the scent lighter than store-bought soap?
Many commercial soaps use synthetic fragrances designed to be very strong and long-lasting. Because we use essential oils, our soaps have a more natural, subtle scent that may fade over time.
Are your soaps made by hand?
Yes. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities, cut by hand, and individually packaged.
Why does my soap look different from the photos?
Because our soaps are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, weight, and botanical placement are normal. These variations make each bar unique.
Why are some of your soaps available for pre-order?
Some of our soaps are available for pre-order because they need time to cure. During the curing process, excess water evaporates, creating a harder, longer-lasting bar with a richer lather. Pre-ordering lets you reserve your favorite scents before they're ready to ship. The estimated shipping week is listed on each pre-order item, and orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together.
How long will a bar last?
The lifespan of a soap bar depends on how often it is used and how it is stored. Allowing your soap to dry completely between uses will help it last longer.
How should I store my soap?
Store your soap in a dry location between uses. We recommend using a draining soap dish to help extend the life of your bar.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders with a shipping cost of $20 or less. Orders with shipping costs over $20 are excluded from the free shipping offer, and the applicable shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.
Do you use artificial colors or dyes?
No. We use natural colorants and clays whenever possible and avoid synthetic dyes.
Is your soap palm oil free?
Yes. Our soaps are made without palm oil.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! We offer pickup in Venice, FL.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.
